Jim Ross talks about his First SmackDown Experience
Jim Ross is back again with his yet another blog and here are the highlights
On buying a new suit for himself:
Jim had no idea at all of leaving Raw prior to the Draft and thus didn’t have a new suit for him to wear at the SmackDown. He made it to Houston by the afternoon and went straight to Men’s Warehouse store as they are famous for helping people in need of emergency garments and bought a new suit.
On being drafted to SmackDown:
Though he wrote an “angry blog” earlier but admits that anyone who indulges with public should never write when he is angry. After calming down on the blog, he provides another look at the opportunity given to him by moving to the SmackDown.
On his first SmackDown experience:
His first experience at SmackDown with Mick Foley was great and he thinks that they both had the potential to be a good entertaining team. Now it is their duty to raise the status of SmackDown. Jim feels that Mick has become a good friend of him just like the King and there is a good amount of mutual respect between them. With the right inputs provided at the right time there is no reason why SmackDown can’t rise as a brand to watch out for.
On Monday’s Raw in Oklahoma City:
JR confirms that he will surely attend the Monday’s Raw in Oklahoma City and especially when the ticket header advertises his name. This is a major event for his home market and JR did not want to miss out on it.
