The upcoming main event of WWE on August 17, 2008 called the SummerSlam will showcase the most ferocious match between the Animal and the Chain Gang member John Cena. For the first time ever, the two dangerous wrestlers Batista and Cena will be fighting against each other in a match. A simple confusion between the two has set up a match for them.

Batista was involved in a title match against World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk and the rivalry between them started when John Cena knocked him outside the ring by mistake. Batista was unaware his intentions and landed some blows on him. The rivalry that has been rising between them since then, has set up a match at the SummerSlam.

The other reason for their match is that both the Animal and Cena want to face the World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk for a title match. Cena feels that since Batista had already lost to him twice, he should be given the next chance. Now it will be the result of their match at SummerSlam that will decide who will get the opportunity to fight against CM Punk.

Shane McMahon surprised them by telling that at the next Raw they will have to team up together for a Tag Team match against JBL & Kane. It would be really difficult for the two persons wanting to fight against each other, to fight as a team.
