Matt Hardy vs. Mark Henry
Adding to the heat provided by Batista, JBL and Triple H at the No Mercy, the ECW Champion Matt Hardy will be required to defend his title against the World’s Strongest Man Mark Henry. This is a great opportunity for Henry to prove his mettle while Matt will be hoping to pin the strongest man down so that he still remains the undefeated champion.

Henry has always dominated the Land of the Extreme ECW and gained some reputation of being undefeated when he remained at the top position for quite a long time. In the previous two encounters with Matt, Henry had managed to keep the WWE Hall of Famer Tony Atlas beside him but it was the undying efforts of Matt Hardy that made him win the ECW Championship Scramble at the Unforgiven.

Though Matt did win the match but the fact stands tall that he had never achieved his victory by pinning Mark Henry on to the mat neither in the Scramble Match nor in the tag team battle. Fighting and winning at the No Mercy will not only require Matt Hardy to fight his soul out but also remove any doubt, if any, that he is at all weaker from the strongest man.
