NFL’s Denver Broncos Gets to Meet the RAW Stars
On the eve of Father’s Day, the stars of NFL’s Denver Broncos and their sons hit the Pepsi Center with Monday Night Raw live, as a pre father’s day outing. A surprise visit of John Cena to the locker room before the match, added to their excitement.
The four-time NFL All-Pro cornerback Champ Bailey told Cena that he had to bring his son Keevan as his son is a die hard fan of WWE. He even records it. Broncos also told that along with his son, he himself is a big fan of Cena. Broncos watched the show last time some five years ago, but this time he is accompanied by his brother and his two sons Khalil and Kadin.
Dre Bly, the other person to accompany, was very glad to have been there. His favorite stars have been Dusty Rhodes, the Four Horsemen and The Rock. A long time friend of Bly, St. Louis Rams All-Pro wide receiver Torry Holt, just couldn’t wait to see the action. Holt, who is a huge fan of Undertaker, Cena and Batista, told that he liked the show more because of the fireworks.
Holt feels that there is quite a similarity between the WWE stars and the Football players. John Cena is quite quick and Undertaker is the most athletic man he had ever seen and can be a good defensive player. Broncos team captain Bailey said that WWE is definitely a high energy sport. Even Cena was very excited to meet the football team and their kids. Cena was joyous to see the excitement level in the kids.
