Tuesday Night’s ECW Results
Match 1: Bourne and Kingston celebrate
The first of the night was between Kofi Kingston & Evan Bourne vs. Mike Knox & Shelton Benjamin, which started off with a standing hurricanrana from Bourne to Knox who just managed to corner him to tag Benjamin. After some nice high-flying action between Bourne and Knox, Kingston enters the ring. Out of nowhere, Bourne smashed Knox in the face with a two-foot smash from the top rope and the winners are Bourne & Kofi via pin fall.
Match 2: V for Victory, V for Victoria
The match between Kelly and Victoria had some interesting finish. Victoria was the one to dominate the early portions of the match through her moves and holds. Kelly tried a lot to break on the locks but was clotheslined. Victoria threw Kelly off the apron face-first onto the mat, where she remained motionless, and the referee called the bell, resulting in a win for Victoria.
Match 3: Easy Work for Finlay
The third match was of Finlay (with Hornswoggle) vs. Armando Estrada. Estrada started the match with a sneak attack, only to be pulled off by referee and knocked off by Finlay. Finlay hit him with the Celtic Cross for an easy victory via pin fall.
Match 4: Colin Delaney vs. Armando Estrada
After being given a second chance by Teddy Long, Estrada again lost the match when Colin Delaney hit him with DDT.
Match 5: Hornswoggle vs. Armando Estrada
Long gave him another chance but Hornswoggle came with a tadpole splash on Armando for the pin and the win. After the match, Hornswoggle, Finlay and Delaney were dancing in the ring until Finlay smashed Delaney over the head with the shillelagh.
Match 6: Miz & Morrison retains WWE Tag Team Championships
Miz & Morrison were required to defend their Tag Team Title against Kane & CM Punk. The match started when Punk dumped Miz to the outside. Kane continued to keep some submission holds on the Miz in the ring. Kane tried to give Miz a top rope clothesline but Miz dropkicked Kane. Punk’s Powerslam went in vain. Morrison hit his corkscrew neckbreaker finishing move and made a cover for the win.
