Jim Johnston, Music Director for WWE’s TV production unit, has been recently awarded with the 2008 BMI Award for his fantastic work on WWE Raw. Johnston is the man behind the fantastic music heard every week on WWE programs. He is the man to be thanked for most of the background and entrance music that keeps all of us energized.

BMI is an organization representing 375,000 songwriters, composers, and publishers. For the countless popular songs he had composed for WWE he had been chosen for the award the seventh time. Make sure you try to appreciate the music being played during the show next time and thank the great man for making WWE full of music.
